Facilitated by Sylvina Beleniski of Conscious Dance for Women, Decide to Dance is an opportunity for all women to move for the pure joy of it, in whatever way the body allows. Make the choice to experience playfulness again, and the freedom to explore how you love to move. We provide the reviving blend of multicultural tunes and guided inspiration, and you simply decide to dance FOR YOU. Decide to Dance is a precious chance to embrace connection across generations. 

This project is supported by Merrigong Theatre Company. This project was funded by a NSW State Government and Wollongong City Council Grant. It will include an optional capstone project at the Culture Mix Festival 2023. 

Please dress in layers of comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
